Excellent! The 2nd time I manufactured these, I left out sugar to get the normal sweet potato taste and once more, it was excellently amazing tasting. :)

Excellent way to consume sweet potatoes! The skins are not as resilient as russet potatoes, so it was sort of challenging to refill the quite thin skins, but they nevertheless turned out great! Also, I made the mistake of baking them on aluminum foil, which ended up on the dinner plate with the potato simply because it was not coming off! : )

Wonderful taste and texture! Well really worth the time and energy!

My family in no way liked the overly sweet, sweet potato casserole, we always just baked sweet potatoes plain. Absolutely everyone liked this at Thanksgiving this yr.

Excellent if you have time to make these. Use your microwave if you do not. I choose the oven because I like to eat skin and all. Yummy

We genuinely like the potatoes ready this way. The nuts on leading burned so subsequent time, I will stir them into the potato mixture.

How far ahead can the potatoes be created? If I make them two days ahead, need to I store them in the refrigerator or freezer?
