Cheese Puffs
Components
- one cup water
- two tablespoons butter
- 1/two teaspoon salt
- one/eight teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- four eggs
- one-one/4 cups shredded Gruyere or Swiss cheese
- one tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/four cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
- In a huge saucepan, bring the water, butter, salt and cayenne to a boil. Add flour all at when and stir until finally a smooth ball forms. Remove from the heat let stand for five minutes. Include eggs, one at a time, beating nicely after every single addition. Carry on beating until mixture is smooth and shiny. Stir in Gruyere and mustard.
- Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls two in. apart onto greased baking sheets. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 425° for 15-twenty minutes or till golden brown. Serve warm or cold.

Loved these! Manufactured them for a tailgate celebration. They have been gone in no time.
I manufactured these and I utilized grated cheddar and you can substitute with any cheese actually (my sister in law utilized some blue cheese) They have been a hit many asking "What are these?" in amongst bites and then helping themselves to a lot more. They could not feel they had been so simple to make!!
